Intelligence: Why CulverCareers Says It Isn’t Just About Book Smarts

The very first idea in CulverCareers’ I.C.E.B.L.U.E. culture is intelligence. Now while CulverCareers supports intelligence, CulverCareers also supports a diverse talent pool and customer-base. Some may think that a commitment to diversity is not in line with supporting intelligence.
Intelligence is not simply a degree or a grade point average on a resume. CulverCareers values the skills and experience that every individual brings to the table. The field of psychology recognizes the different ways in which individuals are intelligent. For instance, spatial intelligence has nothing to do with books, but not everyone in the world has the ability to eyeball a 100-yard distance and get it right.

CulverCareers is aware that people have different strengths and weaknesses. CulverCareers looks for what they can learn from every individual and what type of intelligence that individual has to provide.

CulverCareers works to be intelligent in both their interactions with talents and clients. CulverCareers has dedicated themselves to being socially intelligent. CulverCareers works to learn about companies and individuals and apply that knowledge to create the most meaningful relationship to fulfill the needs of both parties in the most efficient way. CulverCareers is also dedicated to the social and emotional intelligence of their team in their interactions with clients and talent.

CulverCareers believes that every person is intelligent in their own way, and works to apply and individual’s intelligence in a way that will be most fulfilling to them and to CulverCareers’ client. Intelligence is the first idea in CulverCareers I.C.E.B.L.U.E. culture because CulverCareers wants to be sure that intelligence is what they look for in every person that walks through their doors and what they bring to every interaction with every client and every individual.
